    We provide all essential packing materials, including boxes, padding, blankets, straps, and protective wrapping. You’re welcome to use your own materials if you prefer, but we recommend ours to ensure maximum protection for your belongings.

    Yes, we provide insurance/liability coverage during transportation. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, your items are covered under our policy. For fragile or high-value items such as glassware, electronics, or artwork, please inform us at the time of booking so we can take extra precautions and document them properly.

    Before the moving day, we request a basic inventory, including the number of rooms, types and quantity of large furniture or items, and an approximate volume. If needed, we also offer a pre-move survey (either in-person or via video) to assess the volume more accurately, helping us select the right packing materials, manpower, and vehicle size.

    Yes, for safety and legal reasons, certain items cannot be moved. These include hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and chemicals, perishable food, and any goods restricted by transportation regulations. We request customers to arrange separate handling for such items.

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak periods, to ensure availability of vehicles and manpower. However, we do accommodate short-notice or last-minute moves, subject to availability.

    Yes, we can arrange secure temporary storage for short- or mid-term needs if there’s a gap between moving out and moving in. Any applicable storage costs will be clearly included in your quote.

    We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (where applicable), and cash (where feasible). Payment terms—whether a deposit at booking or full payment upon completion—will be clearly outlined in your quote.
