Yes, we provide insurance and liability cover during transportation. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, your belongings will be covered under our policy. For fragile or high-value items such as glassware, electronics, or artwork, please let us know at the time of booking so we can take extra precautions and ensure they are properly documented.
Before moving day, we ask for a basic inventory, including the number of rooms, the type and quantity of large furniture or items, and an estimated volume of belongings. If required, we also offer a pre-move survey — either in person or via video call — to assess the volume more accurately. This helps us arrange the appropriate packing materials, workforce, and vehicle size for your move.
Yes, for safety and legal reasons, there are certain items that we cannot transport. These include hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and chemicals, perishable food items, and any goods restricted under transport regulations. We kindly ask customers to arrange separate handling for these items.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during busy periods, to ensure the availability of vehicles and staff. However, we are also able to accommodate short-notice and last-minute moves, subject to availability.
Yes, we can arrange secure temporary storage for short- or medium-term needs if there is a gap between moving out and moving in. Any applicable storage charges will be clearly outlined in your quotation.
We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards (where applicable), and cash payments where feasible. Payment terms — whether a deposit is required at the time of booking or full payment is due upon completion — will be clearly outlined in your quotation.
